Responsibilities
- Prep, clean, stock stations
- Cooking, plating and serving food in a timely manner while following recipe and plating guides
- Help fellow crew memebers during service when all other tasks are complete - ie the dishwasher, prep, expo
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment individually as well as team assistance.
- Ability to clean and work as you go, keeping stations and work areas prepped, stocked, and clean
- Ability to follow direction, read tickets and prep sheets, complete daily tasks
