What You'll Be Doing:

Running the floor like a pro—smooth, sharp, and service-first
Keeping the team synced up and the vibe strong
Jumping in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front
Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone
Acting as the go-to person between front + back of house
Helping leadership keep operations on point and guests coming back

Who You Are:

A top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork

A motivator, a problem-solver, and a do-it-right-the-first-time kind of human
Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and keeping morale high
2+ years in food service, with lead or key-holder experience
