Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Guarding store objectives, the Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff, coaches performance, greets guests, enforces safety, quality, and operational standards, operates the point of sale, maintains cash procedures, completes housekeeping, executes guest service programs, and replenishes products.

• Supervise employees to perform all job duties as set by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve specific tasks.
• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale following corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
• Manage all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.

• Flexible shift availability (day, night, weekend, holiday).
• Efficient and organized.
• Minimum age 18.
• Access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in variable temperatures.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

$18.00 - $21.66 per hour. Final amount determined by experience, skills, and location. Company reserves right to modify base salary.
