Overnight Crew Chief

Overview

Join our team as a Grocery Crew Chief and lead a group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night. You will supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission is to lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies.

• Lead and supervise a night crew of clerks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure timely receiving and processing of goods.
• Train new team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve issues to keep shelves stocked.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and safety procedures.
• Work overnight shifts and lift heavy items as needed.

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (e.g., 11 PM–7 AM or 12 PM–8 AM).
• Ability to lift heavy items as required by the role.
