As a Store Manager, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. - Execute the Company’s direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets
- Understand and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify behaviors to drive results
- Seamlessly lead and integrate an omnichannel experience ensuring teams are trained on the tools available
- Reduce loss through consistent level of customer service, education, and operational controls
- A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including leading, directing, and executing multiple tasks at once
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience with direct reports
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of two closing shifts a week

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 - $35.75 per hour based on experience and location.
