As a Drive Up & Go Manager, you’ll guide our in‑store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer‑focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in‑store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily eCommerce and online grocery operations, ensuring accurate picking, quality products, and on‑time order fulfillment
- Coach, train, and support eCommerce shoppers and store associates
- Drive customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and retention metrics
- Manage order volume, labor scheduling, and staffing levels
- Monitor department KPIs and performance metrics; provide coaching and feedback
- Resolve customer issues, order adjustments, and service concerns
- Ensure food safety, product quality, and order accuracy standards
- Maintain a clean, organized department and communicate with store leadership during peak business periods
- Soft skills:
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills with a customer‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment - Competencies:
Experience in retail, grocery, eCommerce, or order fulfillment, with the ability to manage priorities, scheduling, and operational workflows - Knowledge:
Knowledge of food safety standards, online grocery fulfillment processes, and customer service best practices - Abilities:
Ability to make real‑time decisions, solve problems quickly, lift 25–50 lbs, and work on your feet while motivating a team to meet performance goals - Educational requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required - Travel requirements:
Occasional travel for training or business needs - Other requirements:
Availability for full‑time hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
