Job Summary
As a Ticket Checker, you will support the Lift Experience Team by greeting guests by name and validating access at lift mazes. The team aims to provide a seamless end-to-end guest experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. You will contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring product integrity.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile
- Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts
- Work with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently
- Maintain and secure departmental equipment such as scan devices and radios
- Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for the entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces. May need to provide some of their own gear
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner

A Ticket Checker team member may work across multiple departments and roles, including Lift Operations, Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket sales, or Base Area Operation.
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr this range reflects typical compensation for this position. Individual decisions are based on a variety of factors.
