We’re growing fast and looking for a high‑energy, competitive Inside Sales Rep who loves the grind, loves the phone, and loves winning.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $46,800 - $85,000 per year
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000+ (Base + Draw + Bonus + Upside Commission)
  • $20,000 bonus for closing $300,000 in gross profit revenue in the first 6 months
  • $500 IT reimbursement after 90 days (with KPI performance)

Responsibilities
  • Turn inbound/outbound leads into real opportunities
  • Build instant rapport and qualify motivated sellers
  • Set strong appointments and crush daily/weekly KPIs
  • Track conversations and follow‑ups in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with the field acquisition team for smooth appointment hand‑offs
  • Improve constantly through coaching and performance feedback

  • A proven phone sales pro (inside sales, call center, or B2C)
  • Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone

  • Self‑managed in a remote environment

Qualifications
  • Strong sales process understanding + CRM experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Balance empathy and sympathy while driving the sale
  • Sales training experience is a plus
  • Must be willing to work Mountain Time hours – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm M‑F
  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Must be a permanent US resident living in the US
