This is a full‑time remote role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate leads, promote our products and services, and schedule follow‑up appointments. Daily tasks include engaging potential customers through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing information on how Fawks AI solutions can address those needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
- Effective communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and relationship building with clients
- Ability to work independently and maintain a customer‑centric approach
- Experience in technology, AI, or CX industries is a plus
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
