Role Purpose

To manage and grow sales of the BRAND through dealer outlets across Bangalore. Therolefocuseson building and maintaining strong dealer relationships, ensuring timely collections, andexpandingbrand presence by onboarding new dealers. The Dealer Sales Coordinator plays a vital roleindriving sales targets, executing dealer engagement activities, and enhancing brand visibilityinthemarket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales for the BRAND across assigned territory.
  • Visit and manage dealer outlets regularly to ensure smooth sales operations and timely collections.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the brands retail footprint.
  • Execute dealer engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility and dealer loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
  • Provide timely market feedback on dealer requirements, competitor activity, and consumer trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, collections, and dealer communications.
  • Coordinate with HO Sales/Admin teams for timely support and resolution of dealer issues.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum Graduate qualification.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada & English mandatory).
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer relationship management capability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangalore.
  • Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills; ability to handle collections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to work.
