What You’ll Be Doing
  • Calling warm inbound leads (no cold outreach)
  • Running short qualification conversations
  • Booking qualified prospects onto a closer’s calendar
  • Following clear KPIs focused on results, not hours worked
Compensation

Commission-Only Role

  • OTE: $3,000 – $5,000/month USD
  • Flat pay per shown appointment
  • Additional pay per closed deal

Monthly performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding KPIs:

  • $500 – $2,000 cash bonuses
  • Sponsored trips or other high-value incentives

Top performers are rewarded consistently.

Qualifications
  • Previous appointment setting experience required
  • Fluent English with a neutral, unnoticeable American accent
  • U.S.

    -based preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable working EST timezone hours
  • Strong communication and qualification skills
  • Self-driven and KPI-oriented
  • Reliable internet and calling setup

This role is for setters who already understand the basics and don’t need hand-holding.
