Our client is a well-established retail company specializing in home improvement solutions and customer service. They are seeking a Sales Associate to join their team.

• Greet and consult with customers to understand their home heating needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage customer orders from initial inquiry through final scheduling.
• Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom, ensuring displays and literature are up-to-date.

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with POS systems, spreadsheets, and professional email communication.
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
