Help Shape the Future of Organic Agriculture
High Mowing Organic Seeds has been helping growers cultivate healthy food and thriving communities since 1996. What began with just 28 seed varieties has grown into one of the country’s leading suppliers of professional-quality organic seed, offering more than 750 heirloom, open‑pollinated, and hybrid varieties.
Located in beautiful northern Vermont, we are passionate about providing exceptional seed, supporting sustainable agriculture, and serving farmers and gardeners across the country.
We're looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead and grow our commercial and wholesale sales channels, build strong customer relationships, and drive brand recognition and revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers real influence over sales strategy, not just execution of it. We’re not just chasing numbers—we’re building lasting partnerships, delivering exceptional value, and creating a culture amongst the organic seed market.

As our Director of Sales, you’ll be the strategist of our revenue growth strategy and the leader who inspires our sales team to exceed their potential. You’ll shape how we enter new markets, deepen relationships with key accounts, and position our brand as the go‑to choice for organic seeds. Your leadership will directly influence our market share, customer loyalty, and long‑term profitability.
