Supply Chain Security Specialist with Security Clearance

Your role and responsibilities The Supply Chain Security Specialist ensures best security practices, as defined by the United States Government and IBM Consulting security experts, are maintained within a commercial microelectronics manufacturing supply chain ecosystem.

Job Duties:

Job Duty 1 with % of time
- Implement and maintain the security requirements as defined by the client. (70%) Job Duty 2 with % of time
- Security Training and Awareness. (10%) Job Duty 3 with % of time
- Risk Management. (10%) Job Duty 4 with % of time
- Change Management. (10%)

Other Responsibilities:

• Performs threat reduction measures, crisis management, consequence management, and training. Performs security, threat, vulnerability, interoperability, and capability assessments.
• Identifies and implements security measures including plans, policies, and procedures; risk management planning; physical and cyber security; mechanical, structural, and architectural reviews, and business continuity planning.
• Supports training activities with emphasis on monitoring and measuring performance, implementing lessons learned, enforcing standards, and test scenarios.
* Must sit in the Essex Junction, VT area Required education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
• USG Security Clearance required, will work with candidate to acquire. Offer shall be contingent upon gaining and maintaining SECRET cleared status.
• IT Certification:
Security +, CISA, CISM, or CISSP required. Candidate will need to gain certification within 12 months of starting on the project.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor in the workplace. Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and visual basic experience with MS Excel
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Experience/Theory
