Job Description & Highlights:- Working on the water amongst Lake Champlain, Lake George, and the Adirondacks
- Working on and around workboats, barges, excavators, and cranes
- Working amongst a 2-5 person team installing waterfront products and learning the various aspects of our service business.

Qualifications:
- Good mechanical aptitude to learn product assembly / installation means & methods
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, speed square , level, etc.)
- Consistency, Motivated and Reliability
- Lifting 75 – 100 lbs. and working on diverse waterfront sites that are often are physically demanding
- Adhere and Promote to Company Safety procedures and policies
- Valid drivers license (a plus but not required)
- CDL Class A license
- Dive certification
- Crane and Rigging certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Working on the water amongst Lake Champlain, Lake George, and the Adirondacks
- Install decking materials for dock surfaces
- Accurately cut large quantities of wood for dock system assembly
- Attach flotation units to aluminum or galvanized steel frames
- Assemble dock accessories such as fenders, cleats, and other components using bolts or screws
- Operate stationary and power hand tools safely and effectively
- Apply strong mechanical aptitude to complete assembly tasks efficiently
- Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Work reliably and effectively in a team-oriented, productive environment with a focus on safety and quality
- Basic knowledge and use of hand tools and power tools
- Skill in accurate table measurement reading and speed square operation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 75 lbs. regularly
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Loading and strapping trailers or trucks
