Hands‑On – U.S/Nationwide Travel - 60-70 hour work weeks to include paid overtime; 75% travel (3-4 weeks on the road).
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Foremen to lead installation crews nationwide under the direction of our Project Management Team. You can be located anywhere in the U.S. and must be willing to travel. As a Foreman, you'll oversee hands‑on RTU and system installations while traveling to project sites across the U.S. This Top‑tier compensation includes: 1,000+ annual overtime hours (project‑driven) and industry‑leading per diem rates for all travel assignments.
Requirements5+ years experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.
Recent commercial installation experience with rooftop units (RTUs), including the installation of roof curbs.
Valid Driver's License & ability to pass background, drug and motor vehicle check.
Responsibilities- Electrical disconnect/reconnect
- Controls, EMS, and life‑safety system wiring
- Gas piping and connections
- Unit removal and disposal
- Crane lifts and setting new RTUs
- Full jobsite safety compliance for the entire crew
- Lead and manage a field crew of 4–6 team members, including daily timekeeping and labor tracking
- Read and interpret blueprints and site drawings to execute installations accurately
- Strong command of OSHA construction safety standards with proven ability to enforce them on‑site
- MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform)
- Crane Rigger/Signal Person
- OSHA‑10
- Excellent communication skills – professional interaction with customers, office staff, and project teams
- Proficient with mobile devices for real-time communication, reporting, and documentation
- Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions and varying climates
- Solid understanding of construction workflow, scheduling, and coordination
- Working knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and duct installation
