The ideal candidates will have MIG welding experience and be able to travel extensively, up to 75% of the year, to customer sites. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, inspecting welds, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The role demands attention to detail and good mathematical skills, with a pay range of $25 - $30 an hour depending on experience.
