Technician

Join Sunbelt Rentals to work on preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment including aerial work platforms, construction tools, and specialty lines such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on diesel equipment and specialty lines.
• Maintain safety and minimize downtime.
• Use advanced hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• Five or more years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas).
• Proficiency with hydraulic and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to use tools of the trade and perform field repairs.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work indoors and outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - $33.06 per hour, with variation based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
