We are seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding job suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.
Location Requirement: Candidates should reside in the Wilmington, Vermont area.
Core Responsibilities- Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install or replace components of entire systems.
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
- Complete daily work reports accurately and timely.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company requirements.
- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Compliance with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.
- Residence in the Wilmington, Vermont area.
- Availability for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
- Extensive daily travel and ability to work independently.
- Occasional overnight stays; company covers travel costs and per diem.
- Comfortable working at ambient temperatures outdoors.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). rate: $27.00–$38.00 (DOE). Compensation is influenced by skill set, experience, and location. Employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, and other applicable compensation.Benefits
