Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Responsibilities- Repairs and warranty repair on various types of boats, boat motors; outboards, I/O's, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance
- The rigging of new engine installs
- The rigging of new trolling motor & fish finder installs
- Winterizing duties and shrink‑wrapping
- Use diagnostic tools to test/set up engine components
- Perform regular trailer maintenance, bearing, and brake service
- Must have a knowledge of tools and own your own set (all specialized tools for use on‑site)
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail‑oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Must have high regard for cleanliness and respect for others property
- Good customer service skills, you will be asked to go over certain repairs directly with the customers
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- 1 to 3 years related experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- $60,000 - $90,000 annual equivalent DOE
