What You'll Do

• As a Field Technician in our Earthmoving Division, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment on-site.
• Repair engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance, rebuilds, and component overhauls.
• Inspect equipment and complete service reports.
• Operate independently while managing service calls.
• Stay current with evolving tools and technology.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical and drive trains.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in the field.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a service truck and travel to job sites.
• Your own tools.
• Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic.

Additional Preferences

(CDL, CAT experience, or technical degree are a plus)
