Location: Richmond, VT
Pay: $37.89-$47.49/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Union Position

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- As a Field Technician in our Earthmoving Division, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment on-site.
- Repair engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance, rebuilds, and component overhauls.
- Inspect equipment and complete service reports.
- Operate independently while managing service calls.
- Stay current with evolving tools and technology.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience.
- Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical and drive trains.
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in the field.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a service truck and travel to job sites.
- Your own tools.
- Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic.
Additional Preferences
(CDL, CAT experience, or technical degree are a plus)
