Maine Drilling & Blasting, a majority employee-owned company, is seeking motivated laborers in Vermont. This role offers outdoor construction work, on-the-job training, and a starting pay of $18–$20 per hour, plus travel stipends. Overtime may be required as the work demands.
You will learn the drilling and blasting industry under supervision, perform duties around explosives, and help keep sites safe and organized while pursuing growth opportunities within the company.
