Role Overview:
The Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services, working outdoors in diverse environments. This entry-level position offers training, opportunities for career progression, and earning potential starting at $20.50/hour, with potential increases and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair communication services.
- Educate customers on service use and features.
- Work actively outdoors, solving technical challenges daily.
- Build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Obtain industry certification and advance through self-progression plans.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with computers, hand tools, and effective communication.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather and terrains.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and reliability skills.
Outdoor work using hand tools, operating company vehicles, and working in confined spaces or at heights, with support for skill development and career growth.
