Renuity seeks a 1099 Master Plumber to support bath, window, door, and home renovation projects. In this role, you'll lead residential plumbing installations, reroutes, and repairs, ensuring all work meets local codes and Renuity's quality standards. You'll interpret plans, scope jobs accurately, and collaborate with project managers and installers to deliver a seamless homeowner experience. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior plumbers and maintaining safe, clean job sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of residential plumbing systems for bathroom, window, door, and broader remodel projects
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, ensuring code compliance and high-quality workmanship
- Read plans, scope jobs accurately, and recommend solutions to homeowners
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and sales to deliver seamless customer experience
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards
- Train and mentor junior plumbers and subcontractors on best practices
- Document work performed and submit required reports, photos, and change orders promptly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain work, timelines, and maintenance tips
