Benchmark Human Services has grown to be a respected leader in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more. We are launching a new program in Vermont to support individuals and families in planning, developing, selecting, accessing, coordinating, and overseeing medical, social, educational, and other services and supports.

This includes providing planning, advocacy, monitoring, and guidance to help them make and evaluate their own decisions. We are hiring Case Managers to support individuals with IDD, their families and guardians so the individual can participate in society, live as independently as possible, and reach their maximum potential.
