As a Family Engagement Specialist, you will facilitate family meetings, provide in‑home support, coach parents in safe nurturing behavior, and support children in DCF custody. You will also call extended family members to explore support and create genograms, working closely with the Department of Children and Families – Family Services Division.

• Collaborate with the Department of Children and Families – Family Services Division.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of human services experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle with insurance meeting coverage limits.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with flexibility to support parents’ schedules.

Starting hourly rate: $20.96. Additional compensation based on education: $21.46 for Associate’s degree; $21.96 for Bachelor’s degree; $23.46 for Master’s degree.

Sign‑on bonus paid at 3 and 6 months of continued full‑time employment.
