Job Description: As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals. This role involves building strong connections and meaningful relationships, and allows staff to incorporate personal interests and talents into their work—e.g., gardening or playing the guitar.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED, or preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set mutual boundaries
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
