Program Director - DBT Program
The NFI Vermont DBT House is looking for a charismatic, organized and confident individual to help guide one of our residential programs. The NFI DBT House is a group home that has been recognized for positive outcomes in the lives of adolescents over the last 15 years. Located in Vernon, VT, the DBT House serves 4 youth by providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn, develop and practice personal and life skills.
Responsibilities of someone in this position include: program development and oversight, staff supervision, creating positive team culture, administrative tasks, collaborating with clinical staff and community partners, etc. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and background check required. We offer a generous benefits package, including tuition reimbursement. This position requires a Master's degree and experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges.
