Location: St Johnsbury
Northeast Kingdom Human Services seeks a dedicated CYFS Social and Emotional Coach to join our team. You will assess needs, set goals and action plans, and provide support to help children and youth develop social and emotional skills to improve well‑being and success.
The role is 30 hours per week, primarily based in office or community settings with youth and families, coordinating care. Some evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate schedules.
