Lund’s Regional Partnership Program seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support families and address substance use challenges in our communities. The role involves screening for problematic use, coordinating referrals, and liaising with DCF staff across Barre and Hartford offices.
Starting rate is $25/hour with potential statewide travel and flexible schedules. Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), experience in case management, and readiness to pursue the AAP
