Delivery Driver CDL A or B

Position Purpose

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our drivers ensure that customers’ products arrive on schedule and in good condition, representing the company and building lasting relationships with clients.

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,500 (subject to discussion in interview)

Tuesday–Friday, 4‑day work week (currently)

• Perform all required safety checks (pre‑ and post‑trip) per DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailers for properly loaded and secured freight.
• Count and verify items against customer invoices, completing accurate paperwork.
• Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to scheduled routes, unloading products and transporting them to designated storage areas.
• Conduct damage control checks, scan items, and contact supervisor per company policy; verify delivery with customer signatures and collect payment when required.
• Load customer returns onto trailer, secure doors, and ensure all equipment is properly locked.
• Unload damaged goods and returns, complete necessary paperwork, and remove trash from trailers.
• Maintain daily hours‑of‑service log per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the tractor, loading dock, and trailers.
• Complete any other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid CDL‑A/B.
• Age 18 or older.
• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass required road test.
• Able to obtain or hold a current DOT Health Card.
• Capable of hand‑lifting and operating lift equipment; product typically ranges from 10–35 pounds up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
