Position Purpose
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our drivers ensure that customers’ products arrive on schedule and in good condition, representing the company and building lasting relationships with clients.
Compensation and Benefits- Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,500 (subject to discussion in interview)

Tuesday–Friday, 4‑day work week (currently)
Responsibilities- Perform all required safety checks (pre‑ and post‑trip) per DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
- Inspect trailers for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Count and verify items against customer invoices, completing accurate paperwork.
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drive to and deliver customer orders according to scheduled routes, unloading products and transporting them to designated storage areas.
- Conduct damage control checks, scan items, and contact supervisor per company policy; verify delivery with customer signatures and collect payment when required.
- Load customer returns onto trailer, secure doors, and ensure all equipment is properly locked.
- Unload damaged goods and returns, complete necessary paperwork, and remove trash from trailers.
- Maintain daily hours‑of‑service log per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the tractor, loading dock, and trailers.
- Complete any other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid CDL‑A/B.
- Age 18 or older.
- Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the past 3 years.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Pass required road test.
- Able to obtain or hold a current DOT Health Card.
- Capable of hand‑lifting and operating lift equipment; product typically ranges from 10–35 pounds up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
