• You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• You must be able to navigate a designated delivery area, read maps, and locate addresses within multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, and take inventory.
• Receive and process telephone orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.

• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination for precise movements on a computer or touch screen.

• Accurate and quick arithmetic using a calculator if needed.
• Proper handling of monetary transactions.
• Proficiency in verbal, written, and telephone communication for order processing.
• Manual dexterity to perform precise tasks swiftly.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
• Temperature ranges from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in certain areas.
• Sudden temperature changes both inside and outside.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Effective talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks.
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others under stress, meet quality controls, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.
