Forklift Operator – Essex Junction, VT

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday & Alternating Thursdays | 5:55 PM – 6:05 AM | $23.55 p/hr

The Forklift Operator is responsible for accurately inspecting, loading, unloading, and transporting product throughout the warehouse. This role ensures safe movement of materials and supports timely, complete delivery of all outbound shipments.

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks, and other transport vehicles.
• Operate forklifts and lifting devices using levers and controls to load, unload, stack, and transport materials.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around pallets, skids, or boxes and secure materials for transport.
• Move products to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Be able to occasionally lift heavy items.
• Maintain strong accuracy and attention to detail while loading equipment.
• Work effectively in a team environment and handle independent tasks when needed.
• Take pride in their work and maintain high safety standards.
