Location: Castleton
State of Vermont’s Agency of Transportation is seeking a Transportation Operations Technician II to perform highway maintenance, including repairing guardrails, brush cutting, patching roads, litter pickup, and ditching. In winter, duties extend to plowing and salting with possible overtime.
The role may include vehicle and equipment maintenance, with CDL and tanker endorsement expected within six months. A sign-on bonus up to $2000 is available, and benefits are generous.
