Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union is accepting applications for a bus monitor to ride Barstow 24 in the morning and 18 in the afternoon. The time would be 1.5hr in the AM & 1.5hr in the PM beginning immediately.

• Must hold high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to act on and uphold the policies and procedures established by the board and administration.
• Ability to make independent judgments.
• Ability to be reliable in attendance and punctuality in reporting to work on time.
• Ability to work harmoniously and collaboratively with others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with federal, state and RNESU requirements.

• Ability to maintain emotional control under stress and pressure while remaining calm and tactful with students, parents, community members and staff members.
• Ability to perform physical requirements which may include:
  Moderate degree of physical and emotional stamina
• Work is typically performed inside a school bus and may include temperature extremes and some hazardous driving conditions.
• Employees must have the physical stamina, health, and flexibility necessary to bend, stretch, crouch, kneel, stoop, lift, pull, push.
