Summary of Role
The Logistics team at GF is currently seeking a professional to support the teams within the different warehouse areas and on‑site operations. The candidate’s core responsibilities are to work efficiently and safely in a warehouse environment, providing the FAB with materials to support production. This role supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment and requires assigned shifts which may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules based on operational needs.
EssentialFunctions

Required Skills- Basic reading, writing and counting comprehension skills
- Basic computer navigation skills – Windows, Microsoft Office, Oracle, X‑Site, Outlook
- Follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks
- Ability to perform work activities in a safe and responsible manner in line with all FAB9 EHS&S policies
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Support and engage in training activities
- Effectively communicate end‑of‑shift pass down reports
- Use time management to prioritize and plan daily work and scheduled activities
- Perform manual and clerical duties related to the assigned area
- Be trained in multiple areas
- Stand for >85% of a 12‑hour shift (excluding breaks)
- Walk on uneven surfaces for >85% of a 12‑hour shift
- Lift, pull, and/or carry at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the shift
- Use the computer (typing, visual screen time) for >85% of a 12‑hour shift (excluding breaks)
- Work in a cleanroom environment per semiconductor protocol/requirements (depending on job role)
- Answer the phone professionally
- Wear upgraded PPE in accordance with GF safety procedures, including safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hard hat, and safety vest
- Work in a chemical warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment, including elevated heights (wearing harness and fall protection)
- Bend, crouch, and reach under racks 50–75% of a 12‑hour shift (excluding breaks)
- Work outside (including inclement weather) less than 25% of the shift
- Operate company box trucks for chemical deliveries on site
- Obtain and maintain 49 CFR and Hazwoper certification
- Work in a fast‑paced environment to meet deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, learning, and skill development
- Count large amounts to maintain stock accuracy
- Use troubleshooting and structured problem‑solving techniques
- Work outside in inclement weather if required
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
Perform all activities safely and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4–5 years in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or production
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Physical capacity demands – labor (lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, kneeling)
- Valid VT State driver’s license
- Stand for long periods of time (excluding breaks)
- Operate company vehicles (Non‑CDL)
- Experience in a warehouse environment – comfortable around heavy equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)
- Use equipment for packing, wrapping, and crating material
- Familiar with Lean Processes – 6S and Kaizen practices
- Follow detailed instructions and processes to complete tasks
- Strong team player – works well within a global team
$42,500.00 – $74,300.00
The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
The role may require a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during employment. Acceptance commits the applicant to apply for such a clearance if requested. The applicant also consents to being asked questions about citizenship and background to assess clearance eligibility.
