Compensation and Benefits:

- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect merchandise for damage, shortages, and discrepancies; communicate issues promptly to the Distribution Center Supervisor.
- Ensure all inventory is properly tagged, labeled, and entered into the inventory management system in real time.
- Maintain accountability for inbound inventory and ensure items are fully processed before release to outbound delivery teams.
- Assign and monitor warehouse bin locations to support inventory accuracy and organization.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards throughout the Distribution Center and remote storage locations.
- Oversee Food & Beverage storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for Food & Beverage and Retail teams regarding inventory availability, storage requirements, and delivery coordination.
- Provide operational leadership and supervision during Distribution Center Supervisor absences.
- Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock accuracy initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining daily workflow, delivery schedules, and departmental productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, retail distribution, food distribution, or related operations preferred.
- Experience using inventory management software such as Yellow Dog or a similar warehouse management system preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules based on business needs.
