Responsibilities
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define product vision, and develop and maintain roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations and support to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain critical interactions with vendors and internal vendor management teams for project goals and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure product and communication efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals, including critical initiatives, customer experience, and time to market.
  • Manage multiple technology products and projects within the email ecosystem impacting all business units.
  • Generate the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations and strategic direction.
  • Communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and teams.
  • Oversee budget(s) for products, working with finance partners on expenses.
  • Define business capabilities and align them to products or create new products.
  • Ensure product availability by partnering with demand and capacity teammates.
  • Develop business cases for new products and features.
  • Partner with product owners to ensure optimum value through technology expertise and industry trends.
  • Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features, justification and business rationale.
  • Work with external third parties as required.
  • Engage extensive internal stakeholders to complete activities.
  • Develop and manage core positioning and messaging for product across marketing media.
  • Deliver monthly metrics including volumes, savings, expenses and forecasts.
  • Manage cost allocation across lines of business.
  • Run beta and POC programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • Be an expert on alternative/competing products.
  • Deliver well-organized and impactful presentations at all organization levels, especially executive presentations.
  • Drive new product enhancements/updates through the lifecycle.
  • Adopt automation mechanisms.
  • Ensure service adoption forecasts are met.
  • Perform product demos and orchestrate training for customers.
  • Understand costs and financial levers impacting the product.
  • Provide input to overall portfolio budget and finance partners.
  • Represent needs and requirements of a wide variety of customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of product management discipline, including new product development, testing and deployment (SLDC).
  • Prior experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • Knowledge of unstructured data challenges and collaboration-produc tive product familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its components, and compliance & governance solutions built into the 365 ecosystem (a plus).
  • Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent at managing multiple tasks, projects and crises simultaneously.
  • Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills.
  • Comfortable delivering messages across diverse technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and networking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and collaboration services.
  • Experience in log inspections and scripts used in forensic data (only to partner with technicians).
  • Experience with technology deployment processes and methodologies.
  • Information technology professional with 10+ years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in a highly regulated financial institution (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products.
