The Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Quality Management Reviewer to help shape and strengthen the future of developmental disability services statewide. What You’ll Be DoingYou will:
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives that drive meaningful change
- Monitor developmental disability services for children and adults across Vermont
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to community providers and partner organizations
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, strengthen accountability, and enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support innovative, high-quality services
- Analyze findings, prepare reports, and recommend solutions that improve outcomes statewide
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices
- Thrives in collaborative, mission-focused environments

Please note that multiple positions in the same work location may be filled from this job posting.
Work is performed both in a standard office setting and in the field for which private means of transportation should be available. Incumbents are subject to a variety of stressful situations while evaluating and improving support services for people with disabilities. Some work outside of normal office hours may be required.
Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in the broad field of human services or public administration AND BOTH two (2) years or more of experience at a professional level in a human services program INCLUDING the administration of services to people with disabilities or older adults AND two (2) years or more of experience with Medicaid programs administration.
OR
Bachelor's degree in the broad field of human services or public administration AND BOTH four (4) years or more of experience at a professional level in a human services program INCLUDING two (2) years or more in the administration of services to people with disabilities, or older adults AND two (2) years or more of experience with Medicaid programs administration.
OR
Eight (8) years or more at a professional level in a human services program INCLUDING two (2) years or more in the administration of services to people with disabilities, or older adults AND two (2) years or more of experience with Medicaid programs administration.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field
