For more information on this, please The North American Senior Partnership Manager acts as a general manager of a large portfolio of partner brands, to create and optimize value for our strategic partners and for the overall Keurig system. Primary responsibilities include management of partner relationships, including contractual governance and compliance, internal and external communication, partner satisfaction, key delivery and profitability metrics, and integrating intercompany cross-functional teams to ensure success in meeting collective goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform and operate independently, think strategically, execute highly complex or specialized projects across large, distributed teams, and effectively interface and communicate with executive leadership within Keurig and the partner organizations.
- Foster meaningful relationships based on trust, credibility and demonstrated value
- Establish and lead an operating cadence for each partner
- Lead strategic planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) management for a portfolio of partner brands
- Execute the strategy and JBP for each partner's brands and lines of business
- Be accountable for achieving AOP commitments
- Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure efficient and timely delivery of partner production volume
- Integrate intercompany cross-functional teams to execute collective goals and objectives
- Initiate and lead partner products through the Keurig New Product Development (NPD) process
- Consistently evaluate and optimize processes and procedures internally and on behalf of partners
- Engage with senior Keurig and partner leadership on significant matters pertaining to requirements, programs, capabilities and long-range goals and objectives
- Execute large, highly complex or specialized projects
- Lead or support ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the Partners team

Total Rewards- Salary Range: $130,700 - $170,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Brand, Product, Project or Program management
- Experience with New Product Development, Manufacturing Operations, and Sales or direct customer engagement
- Experience with brand management and consumer products
- Experience leveraging available data and insights to make informed decisions
