** is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Endodontist to join our established practice in the Dorset/Bennington County area part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

** About Our Practice

* Schedule:

twice per month, ideally on Fridays
* Fee-for-service
* Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CBCT, etc.)
* Specialty work done in office:
Periodontics  
** Compensation
* ** Strong minimum guarantee % of collections
* Malpractice insurance  
** Qualifications and Skills
*** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Vermont, in good standing.
* Completion of a residency program in endodontics.
* At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
* Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
* Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.
* Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
* Willingness to be in-network as needed.  #sdmhi  mhi
