The Baking School Instructor role is a hands‑on, student‑facing position responsible for delivering engaging, high‑quality baking education in King Arthur’s Baking School. This posting is intentionally level flexible. We will hire either the Instructor Assistant or Instructor level based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and readiness to independently lead instruction. Whether supporting classes alongside a lead instructor or guiding students through full‑course instruction, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, safe, and inspiring learning environment that reflects King Arthur Baking’s values and passion for baking.

Norwich, VT; onsite daily.

$19.77 – $27.05. Actual pay is based on experience, skills, and level alignment.

Part‑time position approx 24 hours per week, with weekend availability and some holiday requirements.
