Position SummaryThe organization is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to expand capabilities across new and existing accounts. The engineer will work as part of a team dedicated to the implementation of diverse automation and control systems, gaining exposure to challenging projects and receiving the tools needed to solve complex application issues.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities- Competency with instrumentation, PLCs, MMIs, SCADA, and telemetry systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong working knowledge of control systems, automation devices, and system components.
- Ability to read and evaluate electrical and mechanical CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with construction and engineering contract formats, including AIA documents.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate requirements into project tasks.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Serve as a team member responsible for implementing a broad range of automation and control systems.
- Develop and support PLC and HMI/SCADA‑based applications.
- Work with industrial automation, machine control, robotics, factory automation, and building/life‑safety systems.
- Troubleshoot issues involving HMI/SCADA platforms, PLCs, VFDs, servos, I/O, and safety devices.
- Develop integration schedules, including project timelines and resource requirements.
- Participate in the development of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
