• Support clients with operational duties and trade support functions to ensure data integrity
• Guide clients through the interface and manage the creation and closing of trades
• Proactively identify internal and external trade and system‑related issues
• Collaborate with internal partners and management to resolve issues effectively
• Capture user feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of products and services

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize complex issues and projects
• Knowledge and experience with internet‑based applications
• Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry
• Strong process improvement skills
