Overview
We are seeking an professionally-minded person to join our team at one of the world's largest international shipping and handling companies.
Responsibilities- Researching and contacting delinquent accounts to arrange collection of outstanding payments.
- Making recommendations to suspend credit and communicate customers' status to Center teams.
- Preparing correspondence to customers
This position is for FRAUD - need to have prior fraud investigative experience
12+ month contract position
bi-lingual in french or spanish a plus
