Part-Time Development Review Coordinator

The Hinesburg Planning & Zoning Department is seeking a Development Review Coordinator who is dedicated to helping shape the town's future through well-planned development. This is a part-time position (non-salary) with approximately 20 to 24 hours per week hourly at a rate range of $28.00 to $32.00 and pro-rated benefits.

NOTE:

The "salary range" listed is only an approximatation based on a simple calculation of the minimum and maximum hours and rates referenced previously and is a required field for this Classified ad.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Facilitate application review process for the Hinesburg Development Review Board (DRB)
• Provide clear, helpful advice on interpreting the Town's land use regulations, state statutes, and other regulatory matters to the public
• Explain the development review process and answer questions about DRB applications that come from community members, town advisory boards/commissions, town staff, the media, etc.
• Review development plans and other technical planning documents for compliance with the town land use regulations and the Town Plan
