Associate Provider File Representative

• Maintain accurate data in provider file data systems, including updates and demographic changes
• Analyse file maintenance requests to ensure compliance with BCBS, CMS, and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure data integrity by collecting and clarifying information from external sources
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating required identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Service, or Claims
• Ability to communicate effectively with both providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Experience in a healthcare‑related role, particularly in provider data management
