Are you looking for a telehealth clinician role where you are truly valued? We are growing fast and are looking for passionate clinicians in Vermont who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and families – all from the comfort of home!

We are also looking for clinicians who are willing to become licensed in NH with our supervision/help. This position provides therapy to our NH clients.

• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $45-$55/hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

• Independently licensed (LICSW, LCMHC) in NH.
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work‑life balance.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
• Skilled in time management and documentation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!
