Interim Director of Quality & Patient Safety
- Critical Access Hospital with high visibility to Executive Team and Board
- Focused on rebuilding Quality program including QAPI, dashboards, and reporting structure
- Reports to CMO
- Must have strong small hospital / critical access experience and ability to build from the ground up
- Partner closely with Risk/Compliance, clinical leaders, and IS/IT to drive outcomes and structure
- RN licensure required for position
