Overview
Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, behavioral health, dental, pediatric specialties, and walk-in Express Care, serving insured and uninsured populations across Rutland and southern Addison counties.
Responsibilities- Provide mental health treatment to children in the Vermont area as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics.
- Offer emotional support, conduct assessments of social needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide education, maintain documentation, and stay informed on best practices.
- Master’s degree and active license (e.g., LMHC, LICSW) required.
- Pediatric and primary care experience preferred.
